CVC’s auditors then meticulously review these reports, verifying all claims—whether print circulation, digital engagement, or distribution—against support documents such as printing statements, mail receipts, delivery area maps, subscriber lists, and financial records. Once all data is collected and its accuracy confirmed, CVC issues a certified audit report that can be used for advertising sales and business growth. Companies meeting CVC’s stringent requirements are authorized to display the CVC seal in their materials, and their audits are made available to a range of media industry groups.
